Product Information
Size: 300g / 30cl candle jar
Wax: 100% natural soy wax for a cleaner, longer-lasting burn
Handmade: Each candle is hand-poured in small batches in Newcastle
Vegan & Cruelty-Free: No animal products, no animal testing
Burning & Safety Information:
Trim wick to around 5mm before each burn to prevent sooting and ensure an even flame.
Allow the first burn to create a full melt pool across the candle surface to avoid tunnelling.
Never burn for longer than 4 hours at a time.
Always place candles on a heat-resistant surface and away from draughts, flammable materials, children, and pets.
Never leave a burning candle unattended.
Stop use when around 1cm of wax remains at the bottom of the jar.
Returns
For hygiene and safety reasons, I can only accept returns on unused, unopened items in their original packaging.
To start a return, please email with your order number and details of the issue.
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, I’ll let you know if your refund has been approved.
Approved refunds will be processed back to your original payment method within 5–7 working days.
Please note: delivery costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to my error or a faulty item.
Damaged or Faulty Items
If your order arrives damaged or faulty, please email me with photos of the item and packaging within 48 hours of delivery. I’ll arrange a replacement or refund as quickly as possible.
Processing Time: All orders are hand-poured and packed with care in Newcastle. Please allow 2–4 business days for your order to be prepared and dispatched.
