• Size: Each pack contains between 85–95g of Wax.

• Wax: 100% natural soy wax for a cleaner, longer-lasting scent release.

• Handmade: Each melt is hand-poured in small batches in Newcastle.

• Vegan & Cruelty-Free: No animal products, no animal testing.

How to Use & Safety Information:

• Use only in a suitable wax melt burner.

• Do not add water or other substances to the wax.

• Never leave a lit burner unattended.

• Keep out of reach of children and pets.

• Allow wax to fully cool before removing from the burner.

• Do not use on or near anything that can catch fire.

Returns

• For hygiene and safety reasons, I can only accept returns on unused, unopened items in their original packaging.

• To start a return, please email with your order number and details of the issue.

Refunds

• Once your return is received and inspected, I’ll let you know if your refund has been approved.

• Approved refunds will be processed back to your original payment method within 5–7 working days.

• Please note: delivery costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to my error or a faulty item.

Damaged or Faulty Items

• If your order arrives damaged or faulty, please email me with photos of the item and packaging within 48 hours of delivery. I’ll arrange a replacement or refund as quickly as possible.

Processing Time:
All orders are hand-poured and packed with care in Newcastle. Please allow 2–4 business days for your order to be prepared and dispatched.

• Standard UK Delivery: £3.95, delivered within 3–5 business days.

• International Shipping: Available to selected countries. Delivery times and costs vary.

Packaging:
All orders are carefully packaged to ensure your candles and wax melts arrive safely.

Tracking:
Once your order has been shipped, you’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking information so you can follow your parcel’s journey.

• Please ensure your shipping address is correct at checkout. Northern Lights Candle cannot be held responsible for lost parcels due to incorrect addresses.
