Wax: 100% natural soy wax for a cleaner, longer-lasting scent release.
Handmade: Each melt is hand-poured in small batches in Newcastle.

How to Use & Safety Information:
Use only in a suitable wax melt burner.
Do not add water or other substances to the wax.
Never leave a lit burner unattended.
Keep out of reach of children and pets.
Allow wax to fully cool before removing from the burner.
Do not use on or near anything that can catch fire.
Returns
For hygiene and safety reasons, I can only accept returns on unused, unopened items in their original packaging.
To start a return, please email with your order number and details of the issue.
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, I’ll let you know if your refund has been approved.
Approved refunds will be processed back to your original payment method within 5–7 working days.
Please note: delivery costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to my error or a faulty item.
Damaged or Faulty Items
If your order arrives damaged or faulty, please email me with photos of the item and packaging within 48 hours of delivery. I’ll arrange a replacement or refund as quickly as possible.
Processing Time: All orders are hand-poured and packed with care in Newcastle. Please allow 2–4 business days for your order to be prepared and dispatched.
