• Each item is inspected before shipping to ensure it meets our quality standards.

2. Orders

• By placing an order, you confirm that all details provided are accurate and complete.

• All items are subject to availability. If a burner is out of stock, you’ll be contacted with the option for a refund or replacement.

• Prices are listed in GBP and include applicable taxes (where relevant).

3. Payment

• Full payment is required at checkout.

• Refunds will be issued within 5–7 working days once the item has been received and inspected.

• Delivery charges are non-refundable unless the item is faulty or the return is due to our error.

6. Product Safety

• Only use unscented tealights that fit comfortably within the burner — never use oversized candles or wax directly in the tealight well.

• Always place burners on a flat, heat-resistant surface away from draughts, flammable materials, children, and pets.

• Never leave a lit tealight unattended.

• Allow the burner to cool completely before touching or cleaning.

• Northern Lights Candle is not responsible for damage or injury caused by misuse or failure to follow safety instructions.

• Northern Lights Candle is not liable for any indirect or consequential damages resulting from the use of our products.

• Our liability is limited to the value of the item purchased.
